A straw-yellow coloured wine with greenish reflections, and a fine and delicate fragrance, mildly aromatic. A pleasant, full and rounded taste with a marked bitter almond after-taste.

The resulting product of this white wine is endowed with a pleasantly fruity base. With ageing it assumes a characteristic bouquet of already fermented hay, walnut husk and toasted almond.
